Customer interviews revealed that their monitoring data lived outside Primer, leaving them without real‑time visibility, flexible dashboards, or timely alerts. This highlighted the core opportunity: bring the data into Primer so customers stay within the ecosystem.

Three pillars guided the design solution: a clean, intuitive interface for quick access to critical information; fully customizable dashboards that each user could shape to their workflow; and real‑time monitoring with instant alert notifications.

I created UI and interaction flows that embodied those pillars, keeping the visual language simple yet powerful so users could focus on the data rather than the tool itself.
Usability sessions with users confirmed that the new dashboards were truly customizable and that alerts appeared at the right moments. Their feedback drove iterative refinements, continuous feedback was essential for reaching a stisfactory product.

Those merchants who helped test and refine became paying customers while the product was still in beta. For the official launch and adoption I coordinated webinars, in‑app tutorials and onboarding guides to help users discover and adopt the new observability features quickly.
